I put my request for a prescription into my Doctor on 12th Oct and it was issued to Boots on the 13th Oct and today I have still not received the drugs. I phoned the pharmacy for 10 minutes this afternoon to see if it is ready but got no reply. I will now have to go and see if it is ready and wait if necessary as I have only enough drugs to last today. I do not understand why it takes so long to get a prescription as during the pandemic you could almost guarantee you would get it the next day?
