For three weeks I have been trying to purchase: Lime cordial, Sparkling water, and Americano coffee pods. I have wearily listened to details of your ordering system, been give excuses about 'a scarce' of these items (Brennan's have them) It is hardly high cuisine. I suggest you apply customer care and oblige a very loyal customer who spends approx. £400 per month in this store. There are other choices, and you should be mindful of this.
That review written by me this morning at 6.52am 1st January 2017 is referring to my local supermarket up in Clough Co Down .I mean my former supermarket .Keep it simple from now on way better for me anyway .
I can never understand the stupidity of the store known to me as Eurospar in that you type in is this store opened on New years day and no info available whether it is or not .You would think in this day and age these people the Henderson Group would get with the programme.The Henderson Group how they ever got as far as they did is beyond me regarding a business for they haven't a clue about running one .There is other problems I have had with them to but I can't be bothered anymore as I shop with a rival store and just get a loaf or pint of milk with Eurospar .Way better sure they don't listen to there customers anyway .just not that bright any of them.It's best the way I see it a loaf or milk keep it simple as they are simple.
Eurospar Clough SHOULD be my local shop but sometimes it is nearly impossible to get into. I cannot understand the stupidity of the disabled parking at the store. There is "normal" parking right at the front door yet the disabled parking is round the corner. Then the footpath needs to be navigated, signs, cars overhanging the very narrow footpath. I have seen people in wheelchairs having to go behind parked cars through busy traffic to get into the shop. I'm sure I'm not the first person to mention this. Can this be sorted please.
