Had to wait five minutes for my filet of fish, which is fine, but when they brought it out the fries were missing - good job that I checked. They corrected the error but when I got home 5 mins later I found that the fries that they had provided were actually cold. Simply not good enough.
Staff friendly, instore grill orders accurate but cleanliness at 0630 is disgraceful. I worked as assistant store manager for 8yrs in Ashford kent.I had big breakfast but they hadnt cleaned their tools between runs of scrambled egg as there were old discoloured remains from the tools. Cooked better myself.
O dear Mcdonalds ! Orders wrong, machines broken, no straws, waiting times huge, most staff there are few exceptions - lacking customer service skills. This has got to be the M25 of Mcdonalds - sadly
