I was over charged for a breakfast in mc Donald's about 12pounds all together what ordered was only 5.49 but my bank says it was 12pounds on my online statement ,also staff messed up my order throwing fresh food in the waste bin I will never use my credit card their ever again.well done mc Donald's you duffed it up and cock it up,and one other thing clear your tables and don't make have to ask for a straw with my drink 48 not 5,yrs old.please let your manager see this as you all need re training in my book and do not be do damn lazy when customers need serving .
I was a customer in mc Donald's at the mk dons stadium complex I noticed staff were ignoring customers and just been lazy chatting to one another this were my problem comes I ordered I egg and susage meal plus one extra egg and susage mc muffn my order was stuffed as two egg McMuffin muffins were brought to my tablet,although the order was put right I've since discovered paid nearly 12 pounds for my breakfast I'm not joking etheir what mug would pay this sort of in McDonald's for breakfast ,me I think I must have had muggins written all over my forehead ,cone on mc Donald's we all love you do a good breakfast please don't put off you ,not a happy chapped with you guys today maybe if staff listened we might all be happy and not fell the need to complain I've notice the charge on my bank statement online .
Never get a job at this store, not one of the managers know a still HR law and proceed to treat the staff like s**t, all of them are arrogant and really need to sort themselves out. There all just a bunch of children in white shirts pointing fingers. The food is disgusting as they don't prepare it properly and the way they treat new employees verbally and physically including current staff is disgraceful the whole store should be reconstructed and new managers should be brought in as all of them are lazy and to job comfortable to address many of the issues that take place day to day. Never work here never apply here just stay away from the store the KFC across the road is much better. :)
I think the training and the way they treat new starters is appalling . There is no help and you basically have to find out every thing for yourself. I THINK THEY SHOULD REALLY LOOK AT THIS AND THEN THEY WOULD NOT HAVE SUCH A HIGH TURNOVER IN STAFF.
