for the last 2 weeks macdonalds have been building new double drive through which has caused problems for regular customers being that not enough car spaces which were taken up with drive through customers now having to park to buy meals also they keep closing at certain time because of work being carried out and now today 1st October when went for lunch they were closed and was told by staff leaving that it would be closed today and tomorrow this is getting rediculous as regular customer and assume others will move to another more reliable outlet and cannot see how this new double drive through can increase their fast profits buy upsetting regular customers which they may no will lose just for££££££££££
ordered a bucket, no white meat whatsoever, all legs and thighs chips were cold, I only eat breast so I like to have at least 2 pieces of white meat,my husband and others will eat legs and thigh, I think if you go to the drive in they throw you rubbish, so I will go inside for takeaway in future. Whatever happened to the Bell a127 Westcliff? that was a lovely kfc always busy, bring it back with the same staff.
Totally unsatisfied with customer service I hace received today. Looking to get my sons name printed onto a football shirt which I have bought from the store was told last week machine was broke, today a male member of staff who made no eye contact with me at all said no one was able to do it & walked away no explanation as to when I could get it done. Poor customer service manners cost nothing.
purchased 4 meals; 2 burgers, 2 lg popcorn chicken, 4 fries and 2 drinks, took food home, the fries were the warmest item purchased. I phoned to point this out, the manager, or thats what he called himself, told me 'the chicken temperature is supposed to be like that because it goes through a toaster, & you have to make allowances because you took the food home'! DO THE STAFF AT KFC THINK WE ARE ALL BRAIN DEAD IDIOTS WHO DO NOT EAT HOT FOOD. I will not be returning. I rate this visit a score of 0/100. both for the food quality and the customer after care. p.s. they refused to exchange my cold food for hot food. I THOUGHT I WAS PURCHASING A HOT MEAL when I handed over my money. SORT IT OUT KFC GAINSBOROUGH WHIST YOU STILL HAVE SOME CUSTOMERS LEFT
