I come into macdonalds and drive through every single day may twice as we are a group of working nurses that meet up as we work in the community so have no real base other than Princess Alesandra Hospital so this destination is really good for us as we work Saffron Walden - Loughton so is a good place to meet up we always drink & eat and the other night 20:55 27/09/17 I( and you were not busy) we got a parking ticket of £50 for 17 minutes we work with the old ...palliative care etc so to get this I think is disgusting and I will make sure that we all change to a new venue, and I will inform all of our staff to find a new venue. We are not a cab service just taking advantage of a parking space we earn very little and give so much to the community so that patients don't have to go to hospital and then the greed of a multi national company would rather take 50 quid from us when we eat and drink here is disgusting.
for the last 2 weeks macdonalds have been building new double drive through which has caused problems for regular customers being that not enough car spaces which were taken up with drive through customers now having to park to buy meals also they keep closing at certain time because of work being carried out and now today 1st October when went for lunch they were closed and was told by staff leaving that it would be closed today and tomorrow this is getting rediculous as regular customer and assume others will move to another more reliable outlet and cannot see how this new double drive through can increase their fast profits buy upsetting regular customers which they may no will lose just for££££££££££
Absolutely atrocious! Staff are rude and refusing to give us a receipt after card was apparently "declined" twice after entering the pin. Manager Vicky U was shouting through the window at us. Appalling customer service-avoid at all costs!
