Dear Sir We are a group of students who are completing community projects in the Swindon area for the National Citizen Service (NCS). Next week on Thursday and Friday 7th and 8th August we are planning to rejuvenate the Toothill Farm Youth scheme by cleaning and tidying up the area and repairing and painting fencing , ending with a BBQ on Friday afternoon for local residents with various activities for children such as sports, face painting and cake decorating. We are looking for donations for the clean-up, painting and BBQ, we are also willing to work in exchange for any contributions made. We look forward to hearing from you.
