Come to LIDIL's NEW store in Bourne Lincolnshire and get a parking fine!!!! We were in the store 1:42.55 and received a paking fine today, 1st visit to the store and was having a good nosey around (you know, pensioners day out). Can not beleive parking is just an hour and a half (in the middle of nowhere next to a pub with a large car park of it's own). Any mother with children would fine this very limited as removing children from cars to pushchairs, shopping and returning them to car seats would take time when entering and leaving the store, also others who like a good look around would find this impossible (car park was half empty) I hope they revise the parking times to at least to match Sainsburys that is in the middle of the town and Tesco which is also not far away. We were waiting at check out for a while and had to ask several times for prices and where to find products (new store teething poblems). We are PENSIONERS not RUNNERS. Service from LIDIL who have employed the parking company for the car parks. FOOD GOOD....Parking ample....FINES apply, puts people off shopping with such short time limits.
