I visited yourcafe on saturday 26th april and my partner had the build a bugger. I just had a sandwich. When the bugger came, when to bite into it and the one who vooked it had left the corner off the mayo packet in the burger. I told one of the ladys who worked there and she got someone from the kitchen out. But she was not very helpful at all. In the end my partner said just leave it cause I cannot wait for another one. This is not the first time I have been to your cafe in bilston and had problems with the food. Well just say if at any time I or my family are hungry again when visiting your store we will not go into your cafe. Cause the customer service in there is not very good.
