I have shopped today around lunch time and when I got near to the reduced fridge an assistant was filling it up with 2 trolleys in a V around her. I asked if she could please let me in as there seemed to be lots of interesting items on the shelves. Her reply was that if she let me in she'd have to let others in!!! So I did all my shopping and came back to that fridge and again was told I still couldn't look as she had a set time to do that task. I always find the staff in Tesco to be polite and having worked in retail I know it's a stressful time for staff but I was disappointed as to the customer service she was providing. I presumed I wasn't the only one she'd said this too as there was a collection of people blocking that aisle
