Rude/unprofessional staff. Hassan (Not wearing a name badge so asked him his name) and Jason very rude. Both made me and my 7 years old daughter feel very little. They were huffing and puffing. They were rude to me in front of my daughter and when I said watch your tune Jason and Hassan both were laughing, I do not know how these two rude people are working in such a professional organisation? Normally don’t complaint, however, I would not recommend anyone. Specsavers Shirley, go to Asda Optician’s or Scrivens Opticians as they provide a lot better service then this Specsavers Shirley.
