I can't cope shopping in poor environments, this great! Great high ceilings and wide gangways. The cafe staff always remember you with a cheerful smile. Because the staff are far less pressured than in the town centre store, they too are friendly. There are all the standard M&S items a selection of other (one line of each - but you can do a reasonable full shop , for example if you need beakers or similar) Don't shop here all the time as a bit of variety makes shopping a more enjoyable experience, but does save mevisiting an alternative choice in Billericay
