Today I stopped for petrol at Clayton Brook s/stn, as I have for many years. I was kept waiting whilst the customer in front of me took her time chatting with the assistant before paying. She then resumed the conversation after paying, even though it was obvious to the assistant that I waiting to be served. Clearly, Clayton Brook s/stn does not value my custom.
