Completely disgraceful. No Customer toilets are open and the rudest customer service person I have ever had the misfortune to speak to. Totally rude, unhelpful and unashamed that there were no toilets available despite the signs.
The toilet facilities at these services Nene Valley westbound are totally disgusting. I have never seen such a filthy toilet or room area. Thankfully the door was ajar and I didn’t actually go inside before seeing how bad it was. During this COVID-19 epidemic it’s an appalling way to run services.
