purchased 4 meals; 2 burgers, 2 lg popcorn chicken, 4 fries and 2 drinks, took food home, the fries were the warmest item purchased. I phoned to point this out, the manager, or thats what he called himself, told me 'the chicken temperature is supposed to be like that because it goes through a toaster, & you have to make allowances because you took the food home'! DO THE STAFF AT KFC THINK WE ARE ALL BRAIN DEAD IDIOTS WHO DO NOT EAT HOT FOOD. I will not be returning. I rate this visit a score of 0/100. both for the food quality and the customer after care. p.s. they refused to exchange my cold food for hot food. I THOUGHT I WAS PURCHASING A HOT MEAL when I handed over my money. SORT IT OUT KFC GAINSBOROUGH WHIST YOU STILL HAVE SOME CUSTOMERS LEFT
I was really looking forward to new KFC.Gainsborough unfortunately, it is very disappointing.I eat in (not takeaway) and each time my food is luke warm.I like my food piping hot and although I have politely requested, when ordering and paying for my food, for it to be hot - it still comes luke warm. Please, please may I have HOT food.
Thank you
