The approach to your store on Friday 10th July appeared to be in order with regard to Covid-19 procedures, however, once inside the store there was a complete lack of order. Neither was there:
Anyone to direct customers safely.
A one-way system in place.
No distancing throughout - even at the checkout.
Many other shops have been able to adapt and keep order. This was a great disappointment, considering your reputation and has deterred me from returning. You had too many customers in the store at one time.
