I have tried 5 times to speak to someone in the store and can't get past the automated messages which eventually hang up on me. Why can I not speak to someone about an item of stock? The website advises that you have only 1 left in stock and I wish to ensure it is still there before I drive over to make the purchase.
I was i shopping at Matksi this afternoon this place is being run ike a Prison ,you have all these guards standing around doing nothing but loving the aauthority,I picked up a couple of numbers 2 pairs of trousers total 130 ,a went to queen of 10 at check out 3 staff 2 chatting one leaves tills with 2 one already serving after 10 minutes I retired clothes to where I got them shocking service, down yo football not any better to many staff not working including managers standing thing they are important and the place is on a go slow shocking poor service needs complete overhaul
