M&S KENSINGTON BP

I wanted to avoid making a wasted journey so obtained the number for the Kensington BP M&S. I was placed on hold for over 10mins!
All I wanted to know was if the branch had any bouquets left. Why was it so hard to put me through to the store????

I wouldn't recommend anyone call the number as it was a waste of time!
