I wanted to buy a black dress jacket for a funeral on the 4th of january There was none in stock and the girl i dealt with was extremely helpful and said i could order it online in store and come in and collect at your click and collect on the 28th of december which was great i paid for my jacket and came in to collect it on the 28th of december only to be told that it was not there and i was told after new year I have just checked my E-mail and your E-mail i received today 31/12/2023 states that the jacket i paid for won't arrive until the 4th of january the day of the funeral with no time stated the funeral starts at 10am can you see how dissappointed i am in your delivery service? and your overal customer service
