Absolutely awful service.... breakfast arrived cold and toast was burnt.... had to send the breakfast back, no apology or estimate to how long we would have to wait for a fresh one. Over 30 minutes later we gave up and asked for a refund. Again no apology from the waitress, she just sent us to the till to get the refund. One star because it won't allow me to post without rating but i'd prefer to say no stars!
