zero rating for customer service

Ordered pizza's for my grandchildren, informed of a 40 minute delivery time and the price £19. 97p...an hour & a quarter later telephoned to enquire regarding non delivery, told quote " it's on the way" unquote. ( we are approx 5 min drive away) 20 minutes later telephoned, still not turned up, told by what sounded to be a young lad quote "what order, I've only been here 30 minutes". Unquote. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was informed he/she wasn't there. When I asked what was happening with my order, I was told, quote " dunno mate, you'll have to re-order...which I did...from 'Pizza Hut'. Not a lot to choose between the taste of the food but, worlds apart when it come's to 'customer service'...
