I wish to complain about my shopping experience this afternoon at the Kingsway store. I wasn't aware until l reached the checkout, an hour or so after starting to shop, that there was a problem with the heating. I then realised how very cold l'd become.
I think it's appalling that your staff are having to work in these conditions - where is your duty of care to these poor frozen employees?
