Came here today around 11.45am. The ladies toilets were absolutely filthy. No paper. Toilets looked as if they hadn't been cleaned for weeks!! Even worse with the problems we have been going through. Not acceptable. They have enlarged the store for Argos/opticians but clearly needed to spend money on existing facilities first. I went to pay for something for £7 with a £20 note and was told 'I've just started they don't give me any small notes. This meant I would have had 19 one pound coins. Really? The store was quite empty. I wonder why? Not sure what the Manager's role is here. Clearly not 'managing'!!
I left and won't be back.
