I went through the drive through and ordered a double bucket. They passed my a bag and so I assumed the order was complete so proceeded home to feed the family. When I discovered that the order was not complete. I tried to phone several times, but my calls were ignored. I then have feedback and all I got was an apology via e-mail to which I could not reply. Very poor treatment of a frequent customer and loss of custom.
