Question, you are advertised as being open until 23:00.. why at 19:45 can I not get a coffee?? This happens a LOT here and by no means an isolated incident! Two members of staff (that I saw) just standing chatting, any chance of a coffee, NO! Two lovely big machines BOTH being cleaned at the same time?? Really?? Doesn’t take a rocket scientist does it guys.. Clean one at a time maybe???

I just want to say a great big thank you to your managers. At lunch time today I forgot my purse but I had filled my car up with fuel they were both so kind and gave me a coffee as I was rather upset. So thank you both for your kindness
