My sister and I went to Argos in Sainsburys in Rustington on Saturday 1 August. My sister had reserved some scales. When we arrived we had to queue. We had to wait about 30 minutes because we were informed that there was an IT problem. Also could I suggest that you put some chairs in the Argos shop because if you have to queue like we had to at least we can sit down and wait. I have got leg problems so I can't stand too long.
Arrived to pick up at 4.25 and store was closed however advertised open until 5.00 text message sent stated that goods were available after 4.00 when saibsburys was already closed!! This is not good enough!!!
