Dear Jamie,
I hope you are well. I have been trying to contact and meet you but whenever i came in in your store you seem to be unavailable as per your colleagues. My name is Muhammad Waqar, and I am the Business Manager at McDonald’s in “McDonald’s Acton, which is located near your Morrisons store.
I am writing to kindly request permission to park my vehicle in your car park free of charge while I am on duty. I fully understand that your parking facilities are intended for customers, but given our proximity and our shared goal of serving the local community, I would be very grateful if an exception could be made.
In appreciation of your support, I would be happy to offer your management team discounted meals at our McDonald’s restaurant.
Please let me know if this is something you would consider. I would be delighted to discuss it further at your convenience.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
Kind regards,
[Muhammad Waqar]
