I just called Tesco, New Square, West Bromnwich to find out the opening times for Easter. An automated greeting said "to find out the bank holiday opening times press 1" so I did. The reply was "We are unable to deal with your call, please call back later" Is this a joke? There are no opening times for Easter on the internet either as far as I can see.

Yes there is if u google 'tesco new square' and has been since thurs as I checjed for good fri opening times.
