I came this evening at 2.30 am to do my months shop, been visiting this site for 20 yrs, noticed upstairs is closed however i had recently paid 15 in a taxi to come buy my toiletries and cleaning products after starting a new job and just finished shift. I asked a worker if i could go get my toiletries as i came especially for them, she says speak to the manager in the pet food aisle as its upto managers descression, spoke to the manager who was quiet rude told me hes turned people away all night apart from someone whoneeded stuff to go to a funeral, told him i paid £15 each way in a taxi to come do my shop after work and its my only time off, hes reply not my problem. Then i notice a asian guy come in and moce the barrier and go upstairs to shop, this wasnt a employee as in civilian clothing and security guard didnt say nothing, i feel that the manager is unprofessional and after carry i to do my shop overheard him speaking to staff laughing about it, its disrespectful, and not on being a customer to here for above 20 yrs, i feel ge was being homophobic and this is how u do t treat customers, then he sees me in aisle and shouts to another collegue saying tell him he cant go upstairs unless needs nappies, you hace wasted my time and £30 in taxis which i dont have to waste. He was rude and disrespectful and i will do everything in my power to retify the discusting customer service i recieved
If I was the females that goes here I'd watch out for the Indian man who sits at the back of the tills wearing a shoulder bag and sunglasses that's the man that grabbed one of my lady friends and tryed to drag her down the canal by asda where the eight locks part is at the bottom great bridge end and sexually assaulted her so id watch what all the females round him who's he watching under them sunglasses too watch him as you walk past him he's vile

Driver Trevor today was rude and made a complaint about how he treated us .
