Thank you to all who work at Boots Opticians, Shirley, Solihull. I recently had a check up there when the store reopened after the lockdown. The care and attention to details in the store is excellent. The optician is friendly, helpful and very professional. All who work in the store are excellent in terms of customer service. I recently had a problem with my choice of sunglasses. They solved the problem for me quickly and efficiently and although I was the person who had made the initial mistake in my choice of frames, the mistake was remedied with the utmost courtesy. Thank you so much, I shall recommend Boots Opticians Shirley to everyone.
