At the best of times you can never get an answer on the phone, I was told the pharmacist was on the phone and they only have one phone, this was all day the problem is constant and in these times of the coronavirus, especially as we are well into our 70’s and 80’s there should be some way of contacting them regarding our prescriptions without the never ending queue which we are told to avoid. I must end by saying the staff are very helpful.
