Hopeless Boots pharmacy does not answer the phone when directed via the main Boots number I have tried many many times today and eventually a message says no one is available. When I try the main Boots number I am told to wait and after sometime the same message HINT The pharmacy is important for people health, Boots try and think about that and get your phones answered
Dear Sirs, I have been trying to get hold you, especially the Pharmacy with regards to my prescription, however I leave the phone ringing for a considerable amount of time, but still nobody in Pharmacy picks up the phone. Then I tried the Customer service nbr and again left it ringing and again nobody picks up the phone.
I would like to pick up my prescription to-day any chance? Thanks David Turnbull
