Rang pharmacy 32 times from my mobile daily and phone either engaged or just rings out. Absolutely useless having a phone number if they don’t bother to answer. I only need to know if my prescription ready to collect- Consultant Secretary not much help either who just put me through to pharmacy and nobody answers.
I have been trying to phone all afternoon to see if my prescription has arrived- I live the other side of Derby to the hospital so don't want to get there & wait for ever to find a parking place- but they either don't answer the phone or take it off the hook & ignore you- don't even speak when you say anything- I know they are busy but this just makes people angry
