My mother having paid to have her prescription delivered has yet to have it delivered on the day it was arranged to be delivered ( always late) and on occasion it has not been delivered , we have had to go to the pharmacy where the medication is all ready but has yet to sent out for delivery.
Disgusting taking money from pensioner for a service NOT delivered or an apology / reduction in cost .
