Won’t ever answer the phone. Prescription sent from GP now taking over 10 days to fill and it’s for insulin & a heart drug.
Staff surly & offhand, pharmacist can be confrontational and asks personal question within the hearing of all the other customers.
You can’t talk to a human at head office to complain either.

Boots, Southwater, have not answered their telephone for over a month now.
This is unacceptable
