Totally useless bunch. Have rung to check my mother's prescription, but they will not answer their phone. Had to take three buses to get there, only to be told that the prescription was not there! Wasted half a day cos they can't be bothered to pick up when you call!
Boots is a waste of space adjust interested in gaming the NHS for profits. Have switched my mothers prescription away from them, as they are useless.

Phone is never answered, nor do they bother having an answering service / machine. Pharmacy number is not made public (only this disconnected number), making prescription enquiries and renewals a nightmare. Boots is going seriously downhill. Avoid.
