TOTALLY TERRIBLE SERVICE THESE BRANCHES SHOULDNT BE ALLOWED TO STAY OPEN MY SON HAS BEEN TOTALLY RIPPED OFF BY THIS COMPANY BOTH STROUD AND GLOUCESTER
rubbish customer service in the shop, and they have no telephone number even. Wanted to buy my nephew a game for his b-day, couldnt even call to see if they had it in stock, so i bought it from Pink Planet instead who actualy DO have a phone number and are polite and knowledgable in the shop
