Utter palava. Unable to take payment from my card (with which there were absolutely no issues) so phoned me at work. I said I couldn't provide payment details over the phone at that time and wouldn't be able to until half 7 in the evening. They then appear to have repeatedly called me over the rest of the afternoon but left no voicemail and didn't e-mail. The following day they sent someone ROUND MY HOUSE to state they'd not received payment, like a baliff - which was witnessed to my embarrassment by both of my immediate neighbours. Funnily enough when I did speak to them on the phone they were unable to explain why they hadn't left any voicemail or sent me an email regarding the 'payment issue' and felt it appropriate to send someone round my house. I provided my payment again over the phone with which there were no issues. 10 min later the same bloke returned to my house and went to leave the order outside my house, despite specific (acknowledged) instructions that they would leave it in the porch. I won't be ordering again given the hassle, and this is without even having had any of the food yet!!
