I am absolutely disgusted with what i witnessed at the Newbury Park store today! There was a conversation with a member of staff which resulted in the manager being called- I believe her name was seal ? Well, the way in which she spoke to her member of staff was appalling to say the least! It was embarrassing and degrading. I came home and could not rest until i sent this email and i am still so upset by the treatment this member of staff received, who was by the way so polite and courteous and i believe was a supervisor of the store. I just need to express that this woman should not ever be given this power in which she seems to think she has to derogate these hard working individuals in the way that she does! There is no way that I will be visiting this store again as I felt sick to the stomach with the whole experience.
