I visited the newly opened shop in Cricklewood and parked my car. I spent nearly £100. Just 10 days later I have received a parking ticket for £90. I was in the car park for less than 90 minutes. What did I do wrong?

I am finding the behaviour of the staff in this store shocking lately. Today afternoon I have noticed that only 1 member of staff had a mask on them, under the chin though. The other 4 were not bothered. Also, security guard seem to be more and more aggressively shepherding people into tight quees. God forbid you suggest to him that you would rather keep the distance from the shopper in front of you, he will head straight for you in a threatening manner. So uncomfortable to watch and even more frightening to be on receiving end. Also, he would then gossip about you either to other members of staff around the till area or the shoppers near by. So embarassing, be aware! Complaining to the manager is a waste of time too. Shop is a disgrace, management chose not to see it. Staff on the phones, talking to each other from till to till but very rarely greeting the cusfomer. Definite luck of customer care training but due to the number of customers they are getting away with it.
Things use to be very different in this store just a year ago.
