I purchased a pair of boots from Lidl in Sevenoaks, which were to small, I had lost the receipt.
I went to return them and was told to contact Customer Service who would send me a letter and only then could i return them... Customer Service informd me that was the incorrect information, and with out a receipt there was nothing I could do.
