Hi I visited Aldis and M&S last Saturday with my elderly mother who walks with a stick. Due to the cold weather the car park was covered in ice and very difficult to walk on. After we had visited M&S a very kind male member of M&S staff (sorry I don't know his name) offered to help me and my mum back to my car. I was carrying a shopping bag so this was extremely helpful to me as it would have been so easy for anyone to fall and break a hip/leg. It was so nice of this staff member to offer to do this. It may sound like a small thing but it was much appreciated. So thanks M&S for having great staff. Merry Xmas!
