Yesterday, I shopped in the downstair floor of the Sidney Street M&S store to use my 20% off clothing token. The assistant was called Charlotte and currently a trainee. I wanted to purchase two long sleeve T shirts. One was the correct size and the other was not available in the size I required in store. Charlotte was superb. It was the first time that she had had to order online but she was keen to have a go. The other members of staff, some of whom were long serving M&S staff helped her without taking over. None of the pads were working at first. Undeterred she continued with the task in a friendly and pleasant manner. Eventually one of the pads was receptive and she placed the order and the 20% was taken off. She asked for advice regarding adding the other garment to the receipt and did so without any difficulty. Throughout, Charlotte showed friendliness, a good relationship, with me the customer, and efficiency.
Unable to use the website on my receipt and the telephone number didn't produce the means to say how much I appreciated the service I received from Charlotte, I have made my report online here. I'm not worried about raffles and the prize offered!
