Good afternoon,
I’ve recently noticed that whenever I go shopping at M&S Chiswick there is no regular till open!
I always appreciated the service provided by M&S and the convenience of being served friendly and welcoming!
Now I find myself struggling with these self service tills where I have only little room to manoeuvre , most of the time need assistance anyway and where I am hardly able to pay cash!
Just recently I couldn’t get started on “my” till because the customer before me left without paying! Maybe he was just as frustrated as I am very often are now and simply left… which I didn’t!
I would really appreciate the opening of regular , human-operated tills at M&S again!
