The customer assistants should be offered seats. What's this nonesesnse. So m&s can't even buy a chair after all the money they earned. Customer service is superb. I notice samena too. I think she's racist. She's only nice to her people and frowns at others. She's such a stupid girl and needs to be fired.

Yeah she frowns too much. Also I bought a bar of chocolate from there n it was so dusty. Can someone teach her how to smile

This shop is a failure. Manager, samena looks angry when helping. I'd give it a zero star for her behaviour
