Went here tonight (Sat Aug 29th) and wanted to leave a review about the appalling customer service shown by the Duty Manger Lauren. After waiting a while for our food, she brought it to out table, shoved tray at husband, no apologies for delay, no eye contact and a sour look on her face. If she is a duty manager then she needs to improve on her customer service skills, after all firstly she is meant to lead by example and secondly, if it wasn't for the customers she would not be in this position. It's the customer who pays her wages. I have been in the hospitality sector for many years and find het attitude to customers appalling and rude, would suggest she is sent for further training, on people skills.
