Ordered breakfast to be delivered by Deliveroo. When it came - food was all wrong - drinks correct. I decided to return the order directly to Moorlands branch. I went into store - went to desk and said my order was wrong - the member of staff called the shift manager Chloe. She came to the desk - looking angry and saying that I was given the wrong order by the delivery driver. I explained that the receipt attached to the bag was my correct order but the contents inside was wrong. I asked her why it was the delivery driver was at fault as they do not pack the food into the bags. At this point she walked away and shouted I’m not talking to you anymore - you are not worth it!!! I was absolutely gob smacked - everyone else in the queue - and there were many were saying how this was disgusting. Chloe said she would replace the order - she put my order into the computer - on checking what she had put it - it was wrong AGAIN! I had to get another member of staff to point this out to her - I was only trying to help. This was not the delivery company fault - this was McDonald’s moorland fault and it should be up to them to put it right. Moorland McDonalds is not fit for purpose. Management will not accept that they need a major overhaul of the service they are providing. I would welcome the opportunity to speak with someone who will listen to customers. Stop providing an inadequate service
we was disgusted in the service today ,we order our meals ,got our drinks as i order a special meal (no cheese) we was told to sit down ad it be brought over to us ,we waited 15 mins ad we went over to see where our meals was ,they was deleted of the board ..
Last time I came through the drive through the lettuce was missing out of my BBQ smokehouse burger which I thought was a one off. Today I came through and wasn't given the chilli sauce for my selects, the meals wasn't in separate bags which I asked for, I wasn't given napkins and the bun was slightly hard on my Bbq smokehouse burger. Tad annoying to be honest
