Shop in this store regularly usually have bfast before get shopping was in Sunday 23/12/18 (never had any complaints before) always nice staff nice food. .....this day ordered 2 bfast while it looked lovely was stone cold except potato scone and egg I said to girl to tell cook our food was freezing sat down no one came to us offered to heat it or ask problem so just left am not one for complaining if a have a bad experience in an eating place just don't go back ...end off ...but more a toughtt about it I shouldn't have just left i had a
valid complaint that's why I am sending this email it's past gone but on this occasion your store failed in customer service bacon, sausage. beans .toast. tomato all stone cold not acceptable but to ignore what I said and not approach me a sorry would have done it ....ps went to Partick store today beautiful bfast steaming hot 👍pps the staff are all hard working and very nice 😊
