OMG what a shambles.
kept waiting 40 minutes for 6 cups of coffee.
Staff did not seem to care. Other customers left rather than keep waiting for the abysmal service.
When oh when will they learn that the super-dooper make an individual cup of frothy coffee is a complete waste of time. Your are not a high end Coffee specialist selling over-priced, rubbish. Bring back the filter pot.
