I arrived at Cherry tree with my family and needed to get milk for baby after a long journey.
I tried to get in the shop at 18:50 even though it said it closed at 19:00 . The cashier told me I couldn't come in as it was closed and she was cashing up because her shift finished at 19:00. I explained about my baby and she said No and closed the door.
Needless to say I was not happy as this was my first impression of the shop and holiday park.
A little customer service and skills obviously a task , I'm disappointed.
